Leaving? Here is how, and what happens.

Delete your Mybizna account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the web, in under a minute.

How

1. Open Settings › Sign-in in the Mybizna app, or at app.mybizna.com.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm it is you: your password, a code to your phone, or Google or Apple.

No app? Email support@safisend.com from the account’s own address and we will do it for you.

What goes

• Your name, email, phone number, password and Google or Apple sign-in. Every device is signed out.
• Every business you own: its products and photos, customers, links, discount codes, email list, verification documents and contact details. Its storefront goes offline.
• Your payout account is closed once nothing more is on its way to it, and a custom domain is disconnected.

What stays

• Orders, payments, payouts, invoices and receipts, with your details removed. They are the money’s record: buyers hold receipts for them and tax law keeps them, for the period it requires.
• A business you only worked in, which belongs to its owner. You simply leave its staff.

Before you can

A business still owed money it has not been sent cannot close: wait for the payout, then try again. The same goes while its payouts wait for your ID, for a payout account in your ID’s name, or for a check of your details: the app and the dashboard say which, and where to finish it. A payout Paystack is already sending you still lands after you close; Paystack keeps an amount under its KSh 100 payout minimum.
